Jeremy and Katie were moving to a new assignment in Columbia. They were faced with a 2,000 mile move, limited resources and credit that needed some cleaning up. After contacting Dave via the internet, they decided to try to find a home via the internet. Dave is a NAR certified e-PRO so the work began with a list of 74 houses sent via email. The list was narrowed to just 14 and then to 3. After lots of digital pictures and emails, the list narrowed to one. Financing was arranged, an offer was made and accepted by the seller. Upon arrival in Columbia to close, they saw their new home for the first time.
