The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising;
and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® must have taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. Dave has one of the highest records of participation in CE (Continuing Education) of any of the 600+ Realtors in Columbia. This demonstrates his desire to stay on the cutting edge of industry changes and innovation.

e-PRO - Reserved for those 5% of REALTORS who have completed and extensive course sanctioned by the National Asslociation of REALTORS. It certifies that they have completed coursework on the use of the internet to market and communicate wth clients in a professional and effective manner.
GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute) An extensive 90 hour program that covers every aspect of the business.
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Awarded to brokers who complete coursework focused on issues of buyer representation.
SRS - Seller Representation Specialist. Has a keen understanding of what it takes to represent the interest of his seller.
Radman Award Winner - One of my proudest achievements, was being chosen by my peers to receive this award. It is given each year to recognize the agent who delivers a top real estate experience.
